In order to promote a Web open to everyone and to ensure that data online can be read by usual browsers as by braille browsers,
this website follows the indications released by :

Font size
Font size can be modified for an easier reading.
This functionality is available in the toolbar of each browser (display properties).
How to modify font size in the main browsers :
Internet Explorer :
CTRL + mouse scroll at the same time
Firefox, Firebird, Netscape :
CTRL + + - to increase and decrease
Keybord navigation
Navigation on the website could be done with the tab key : TAB
to jump from link to link and ENTER to activate the link.
